When it comes to daily skin care, it isn’t just restricted to your face – think about how much wear and tear your neck & decollete gets.
(And for those people scratching your heads over where your decollete is, it’s the fancy term for your chest and cleavage).
As you notice as you get older, there is an increase of lines around from the cleavage up. This is especially pronounced when you wake up in the morning having slept on your side during the night.
Moisturiser should be used from the forehead down to the bust, but as that area is a different type of skin – normally thicker and less delicate – it takes a different type of product.
There are a few neck & decollete cream on the market. One of our faves is a serum from the Dr Spiller range, Dr Spiller Biomimetic Skin Care Neck and Decollete Serum. This is also in the same line as the neck and decollete cream from Dr Spiller, which we also recommend. But the serum is what we’re looking at today.
This 100ml bottle contains this wonderfully light serum which contains a plant extract of Kigelia Africana. This ingredient is key in forming and tightening the breast, neck & decollete. The semi-liquid product is supposed to significantly improve the appearance of the skin fairly quickly.
It tightens and firms the skin, revitalises it and has anti-inflammatory ingredients like aloe vera to keep the skin soothed and calm. It also contains macadamia nut oil to moisturise and nourish.
The serum is to be used morning and evening on a cleansed and toned skin. Massage into neck, bust and décolleté using circular movements towards the heart until fully absorbed. In case of very dry skin use in conjunction with the Neck and Décolleté Cream. Can be used several times per day.
