Sometimes our skin goes through a dip. We look in the mirror and a dull, pale complexion looks back. We can blame it on age, poor diet, winter or a simple lack of sleep, but there is a lot we can do about it – it’s just sometimes, we forget how.

Dull and older looking skin can just feel like Father Time’s effects plodding on. This doesn’t mean we should accept it though! Exercise, a liberal dose of vitamins and minerals in our diets andsome good old fashioned skincare can do the world of good – oh and getting at east six hours of good sleep a day helps too.

Exfoliation is key, but for those in search of deeper exfoliation to restore skin radiance and treat surface irregularities and fine lines should try Thalgo Eveil a la Mer Resurfacing Cream.

The combination of aluminium oxide micro-crystals (identical to those used by dermatologists) and a formula rich in Shea Butter make the Resurfacing Cream a highly effective exfoliator that does not dry out the skin. From the very first application, the texture of your skin is superbly enhanced: it feels smoother, softer and more supple. Your complexion appears more luminous.

Action: Cleanser / Exfoliator

Needs: Micro-Dermabrasion Treatment

How to use:

Spread several dabs of Resurfacing Cream over the face on clean, damp skin, avoiding the eye contour area, the lips and the nostrils. Massage for one to two minutes in circular motions from the inside to the outside of the face. Finish with energetic smoothing movements over the nose and chin. Rinse with lukewarm water keeping the eyes tight shut, then gently pat the skin dry using a clean, dry towel. Apply your Thalgo face cream followed by a sun cream offering at least SPF15 protection. To be used once a week.

Active ingredients:

Shea Butter: Moisturises – Helps restore skin suppleness.

Aluminium Oxide Micro-Crystals: Exfoliate the skin – Smooth – Brighten the complexion.
