Sunscreen for darker skin

If you have olive or dark skin, do you cover up in the sun? Do you liberally apply sunscreen, wear hats and stay out of the midday sun?

So you have tanned or darker skin, and you feel pretty well protected from the sun. Your skin contains way more melanin that your paler friends, so you can relax a little more when it comes to working or relaxing in the sunshine.

The threat of sun damage is just as risky whether you have light skin or paler skin.
