LATEST UPDATE ON COVID-19 FROM ABLOOMNOVA

We would like to assure everyone that we are doing everything to keep our customer and our team as safe as possible. Most of our staff is able to work from home and our warehouse staff is taking all precautions possible.

We are not at present experiencing any delays to our UK deliveries and to date we are finding that the postal and courier services are both coping well. We have seen delays in international deliveries and we are currently not able to provide a service to some destinations. If you would like to enquire about delivery times please contact us.

As we are a family run business, we have found it easy to comply with government guidelines without any effect on dispatch times and customer service!

Europe Shipping Update – 21st December 2020

Following the announcement by the French Government that it will not accept persons arriving from the UK for at least 48 hours, access to the Eurotunnel Folkestone terminal will be suspended for passenger and Freight traffic from 22:00 GMT, Sunday 20 December.

All standard shipping services to Europe are currently suspended and orders can only be delivered via DHL Express. Please do not place any order unless you are willing to wait in excess of two weeks for the order to be sent out, Alternatively please select the express shipping option.
