We offer 30-day hassle free return policy. Return of any items will be subject to our standard terms and conditions for online purchases.
We will refund return (postage) costs if:
– an incorrect item is received;
– the item has arrived damaged (please provide photographic evidence and we will resend the item or issue a full refund).
Buyer pays for return costs if an unwanted item is ordered (or any other reason not related to the item condition). Only unopened items which are fit for resale will be accepted.
If you wish to cancel your order, return it or report other problems, please contact us.
You must return each item in the same condition in which you received it.
This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete.
EU Import Duties
As of January 2021 all orders made from us to any European country will be subject to customs clearance within that country. All orders over €22.00 are subject to local VAT and other charges, which will need to be paid before delivery can be made.
The receiver is responsible for any and all duties applied, we cannot pay any local duties you may encounter. We will also not compensate the receiver for these duties, this is solely the responsibility of the receiver.

Any order which is returned to us by customs because of refusal to pay tax or inability to clear the shipment can be resent or cancelled, however in case of cancellation any shipping charges paid will not be refunded.
We have reports of problems clearing shipments from the following countries: Lithuania, Portugal and Spain.
